Legal Affairs process

Legal Affairs Process is established in the Ministry of Mines to accomplish the following basic goals

Ø  To have a mining sector with conducive work environment, efficient, internationally competent, transparent and accountable work conditions in the mining investment

Ø  In order to maintain industrial peace in the mining sector, creating a legal conditions, to mediate conflicts arising between the Licensee and third parties

Ø  Protecting the interest of the Ministry in front of courts and in any justice machineries of the country

Ø  Giving legal advice for the different Processes of the Ministry, preparing legal contracts and documents, and confirming the legality of the contracts they enter into as well
