  • Plan, prepare Budget, direct, lead, evaluate & monitor the office’s activity
  • Lead & support the implementation of Business Process Reengineering study.
  • Follow up the fulfillment /performance of stretch objective of the Ministry’s whole process.
  • Bring awareness to the employees regarding the organization’s value & beliefs. Establishing the balanced score card system in order to measure the performance of the whole process.
  • Follow-up the change management strategies which sustain the overall change.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by giving fast &efficient customer service and handling complaints.
